The solution for this problem is the keyboard layout of the computer you are using. The keyboard layout has many languages and layouts in it like UK English and US English layout those in which in UK layout u find this problem of key swapping where when ever you try to type this key @ it will print this " key and to correct it you have to press left ALT+left SHIFT keys once (don't press and hold on it just press once) press those keys until u get the correct sequence.
