The keyboard layout has many languages and layouts in it like UK English and US English layout those in which in UK layout u find this problem of key swapping where when ever you try to type this key @ it will print this " key and to correct it you have to press left ALT+left SHIFT keys once (don't press and hold on it just press once) press those keys until u get the correct sequence.
